I understand we do not have a terms of service so therefore we can have anything and say anything on your sites? I think this is great. So if we want to bring down a person or persons or a company, or organisation we can redicule and harass or slander them as much as we want and not have to worry about stupid terms of serivce. I didnt know this site was so great and open, and that as long as you have a mybb you can do it all kudos to you all. I love mybb because most sites force you to have a terms of service which I think is stupid. How did mybb manage this because I think it is great. Now I will send all my associates who want their own mybb here to start their own forums through you all. Thanks guys

But TMHAI we agree to those things to join here, but not is we have own own forum and host it ourselves on our own domain. Why do we have to follow that if it is our own? That is when we join here, but not if we have our own site.

I don't believe that MyBB can stop you from using their software for any reason you please on your own domain, you're right. I misunderstood the first portion of your post.
As long as you and your associates keep the Copyright in tact MyBB should remain happy!

As long as you follow our License and follow international laws you won't get into trouble. Remember, it's not us that makes the laws, but it doesn't mean you don't have to follow them.
