Did you do any template edits? if so, which ones?
Seems that the edit menu isn't popping up either. So that makes me think that it may be a problem with the javascript codes/files
Make sure you have the entire jscripts folder uploaded.
Some files in the jscripts folder are missing. Can you make sure you have all the files uploaded in the jscripts folder? (One that I can see that is missing is prototype.lite.js and there may be others)

I have recently installed greenbliss- but i installed this before using my forum properly- I was quite alarmed there was no edit box at the top (for text colour ect) but I thought that Maybe it came with the new version.
I'll try to upload the Jscripts folder again
