Hi, I'm new here... I want to create a website that will host free forums for people who don't have cgi or perl access. I wonder if it would be possible to have this script be auto-installed for people who sign up for a account? If it would be and hired someone to do that, would I be breaking any rules or regulations? I would keep the powered by MyBB on the bottom.

First of all, this is a forum for General Support for MyBB, not feature/code requests. Second, MyBB needs PHP, not Perl. And third, there is already a site that does this:

Simply, it's allowed
Just make sure all your users keep the MyBB copyright intact at the bottom of their forums.
