Can someone tell me what file or css I can add code to display a badge I was given by sitelock on the footer of mybb board?

in general, you can add such codes at the bottom of footer template of the theme(s) you are using

forum admin panel >> templates & styles >> templates >> your theme templates >> footer templates >> footer

I like the way it looks on the leftside but it's not aligned with the server information on the right.

Can a forum member or yourself give me the code for a table to make it look even with each other?

You can see also that the badge is higher than the server info.
