Hey, Once you have already downloaded the content how to you unzip it? Im really confused becasue ussaly when I download somthing when its done somthing just pops up.

Download a program called WinZip or WinRAR and unzip to your desktop. Then following the instructions: [Wiki: Installing] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead)

Wait, I guess I already Unzipped it but now how do you upload it?

Use an FTP program, like WSFTP ( http://www.wsftp.com ). Login to your server and after that you can upload the files to the location of your choice.
