You must be doing something wrong.
Please post detailed step by step instructions of what you were doing.
I done what it said to do in the readme file.
I put the inc files in the inc folder, uploaded the games folder to the root of the forum and admin files into admin folder.

You shouldn't put the inc folder in the inc folder. You have to put the files of the inc folder in the inc folder.
Sorry that was what i meant.
