I already Install and Activate this DVZ shoutbox but in forums didn't work it why?

Did you do the first 3 steps? 
Do you have PHP 5.4 or higher?

The mod install info says that this mod is not fully automatic, you have to manually insert a variables into the index templates, as well as copy the included CSS into your sytlesheets, and then install the plugin
