I think he means themes

He's with CreateMyBB though....

Themes can also be found at the mods site.

There are some themes available at CreateMyBB made by Belloman (Justin S.)

O right then I would recommend to use the support forum there then. They can help you more as they made the service

With CMYBB they will upload skins for use on your own forums if you request for one to be added . Other then that, you will have to re-construct the theme and host the images yourself.
