I have been Googling tutorials for the past 2 days, I have read almost every forum post related to Installing plugins. I have read every plugin's "README' file, I have read every instruction known to man, but still cannot get it to work.

My host is a2hosting. My "root" file is / . That's it, "/" not "/NAME" just "/"

Now, I am not sure where I upload anything because ALL tutorials and suggestions I've read say inc/plugins then upload what ever file(s). I have done this thousands of times, and nothing happens. There is no option to Install & Activate any plugin besides the "Hello World!" one that is there by default.

If I have not included enough information, let me know and I can clarify.

Did you make the folders readable (0777) during installation?

Yes, I was able to get them to show up and "Install" but now I cannot even edit the NewPoints or anything. There is literally no way to edit anything.

Try reinstalling it (What version of forums and newpoints are you using) 

Replace (URL)  with forum link and tell me if it shows:

(URL)/admin/index.php?module=newpoints

Yeah, some how I downloaded the wrong version of Newpoints, once I found the most "recent" one, it worked. The only problem now is, the Shop Plugin is giving me nothing but errors.
