I love the NewPoints system, and I use it with Subscription plans, and my question/request is the ability to make certain groups get paid more.

Example:

Bob is a new member.
Bob gets 5 virtual dollars per post

Bob buys a subscription to the Premium group.
Bob now gets 10 virtual dollars per post

Add a new group rule, it can be found in the NewPoints module (ACP > NewPoints).
