I don't believe you can do that. You'd need a plugin.

Im assuming since you did not link anything that there is no plugin made that does this?

Anyways, what he's talking about is the help documents that you can change in the control pannel (there's a section about posting, thead ratings, reputation etc) and it lets you add your own too.
I'll come update this later im busy rn. Haven't used help docs yet.
