I keep seeing posts about his but i cant seem to find one for 1.8. I have XThreads but i dont know how to use it. Can someone help please?

I need a Form. As in like a Staff Application Form. I know HTML so if there is a way where i can make it Via HTML and have it submit to me via email or PM that would be good too.

Just create a separate PHP page and this can be done. This guide may be of some help to you.

There was a plugin around called "Form Manager" which was pretty popular. Not sure if it exists for 1.8, but you can try look around for it.
