When is the friendly redirection page shown?
Because I have turned it on in the admin CP, though I don't get to see the page when posting.
I need to see it for testing since I want to change the layout.
There's also a per-user setting in User CP --> Edit Options

Is it possible to turn this on by default? Because I can't remember change the setting in this forum, though I always got the redirection page here.
Or is it turned off by default for userid 1?
It should be on by default.
Weird, it was turned off on a clean myBB install..
Maybe a month old, only used for theming and testing, never touched userCP
Yeah the showredirect setting was blank for the administrator user created by the installer, but in theory it shouldn't have affected the display of redirects. Anyway it's now set to 'yes' on install.
