when posting a new thread subject from an ipad pro, it is difficult to edit the thread subject, because it is too short. May be ok on pc but with an ipad it is a pain. Especially to work with copy + paste is undelightful.

I'd consider this more of an issue with the theme you are using rather than the software.

It is because of theme - it is not optimized for small screens (touchscreens).
