Well I got a gaming forum ( http://www.district-rp.ml/index.php ) and I was wondering if I can change the topic (Down the link you will see like Home/Forum etc . I was wondering if I can change the calendar for example and re-name it to Rules and showing this thread? I already edited the Calendar just as name in index and it says rules now. Also I want to edit /calendar.php to /rules.php http://www.district-rp.ml/showthread.php?tid=12 . I'm new with these stuff so could anyone from you help me?

You can modify those url in your header and footer templates respectively.
You can find it at Admin CP> Templates and styles > Your Theme Templates > Header Templates > header

Similarly for footer, you can find it at Admin CP> Templates and styles > Your Theme Templates > Footer Templates > footer
