I am looking for a plugin that allow to take one time fee during registration process. It should be one time fee and should be only taken during registration.
No subscription base or special group functionality is required.

Is something similar to this already exist ?

What you're looking for sounds quite specific to your site/niche as far as I know there are no plugins that offer the functionality you require. Your best bet may be hiring a freelance developer for MyBB or requesting it and hoping someone makes it.
