I made a custom PHP page and it seems like nothing is clickable (sidebar) and only way to go back to the homepage is to click the logo.
What can I do to fix this?

You have included scripts and stylesheets twice, specifically your page includes two headerinclude templates. Remove one and everything will be fine.
The links on the sidebar seem to be working fine for me.

The drop-down wouldn't load, but I got it working now!
