i have got it activated but how does it work? do i need to into my acp?

All parts of the Private Message Admin Plugin can be turned on and off via settings at Admin CP > Board Settings > Change > Private Messaging
To delete or archive, click the pm id of the PM
A readme file has a purpose .
the only read me file i got was for the installation and a guide through upgrade. nothing that said that.

Its underneath the "upgrade" section.
ok but there still is not a user guide, how do i see the pm's?
If it's installed correctly, refresh the admin cp and look at the left side for a section called "Private Message Admin".
