I think this plugin should have a way of telling you that you have reacted to the post (or vice versa). If I react to a post, nothing happens unless I refresh the page.
Maybe having a js message saying that you have reacted to the post, and make it after you reacted, and immediately updates it with your reaction without refreshing.

It should add it in with javascript as you do it. It shows up once you refresh I assume?

It shows up once I refresh, not right after I react.
