Is there a MOD for making it so we can chane templates for a certain forum? Like for the display, I mean..Not the whole site...Like horizontal_display.tpl would display it with:
Username

Meesage
-----------
Buttons, etc..
Yes...on each theme you can have your own set of templates.

Yes, that is very simple to do. Also, MyBB does not use .tpl files for templates. All the templates can be edited and managed with the MyBB AdminCP.
