I want to create a new template for a new skin I'm working on. I have a template called "Default Templates" for the current three skins I have right now.

But when I create a new Template set, it creates them from the Global Templates --- is there a way I can "export/duplicate" the ones from "Default Templates" to this new template I want to create?

Essentially, I want to create a new template, based on the modifications I did, not on the "default" global ones. If I can't do this via the ACP, might there be a way to do it via phpMyAdmin (like duplicating the MySQL tables)?
