ok i can't figure anything out on this forum
like
1.when i click on admin cp it brings me back to my host
2. when i fialy get loged into the admin cp nothing shows up
3. can't figure out any theams or anything can someone help me

Try reuploading ALL admin files
Are you using the latest version of MyBB (1.2.7)? Have you fully installed your forum?
it was a install scrip from my host
and what i mean is when i click the link for admin cp i get redirected to the host
You'll need to contact your host than. We can't support something we don't even know about

You might need to rename your Admin CP directory to something like 'acp' (you can do this in your FTP client, just rename the folder to acp). Then download inc/config.php, and edit the line starting with $config['admindir'] so that the value is "acp"
Then try accessing the Admin CP again.
