On the delayed moderation screen, note the row with Run moderation time:


Note the hyphen between the year input and time box; but this should actually be:

- {$lang->time}

{$lang->time} does not not appear. I noticed this when i worked on an announcement edit, where you can see it as:

I can fix it, but I am not sure which template it is.

Only lang string is missing, minor bug

I created an issue, anyway lang string is here... I can confirm that it is not working but I am not sure
