IF i create a new page with page manager and add what you are suppose to add to index page

{$dvz_shoutbox}

The page is empty. But the same for the index page works. 
I would rather make a new page and have the shoutbox there and not on the index. How can i do this

Also have the same problem, tried adding $dvz_shoutbox to global but that didn't work. Anyone know how to do this?
