Basically, I messed around with the UIDs in phpmyadmin and now this is happening, any idea how i can change this back?

Looks like you changed one of them manually, this will reset the internal MySQL auto increment counter. You'll need to go over and change all occurrences of that ID wherever a user ID is used across all tables.
