I have loaded the files onto my server. Now when I try to go to the mysite/install in my browser, I get the following message:

If anyone could help me out by telling me what I need to do to install MyBB, then I would be extremely grateful.

Is there a file called adminfunctions.php in your admin directory?

Might be worth re-uploading all the files.

I tried deleting and reloading the aminfunctions file, but nothing happened.

You need to upload the adminfunctions.php file. It's not there or it's in the wrong directory.
