If you have a forum called "Problems & Suggestions", for example, the & will shoe up as a & in the source on the index page and any forum page relating to it.
This give W3C validation errors as it should be &

We feel terribly bad for them and pray for their souls. 
And yes..this should be fixed...I think I mentioned it a long time ago. I been complaining about validation for some time. I am gonna sit quiet though and see if 1.4 does a better job with the ampersands.
Well err we can't fix a bug we don't know about. duuh. We need to get a report about it.
This bug has been fixed in the latest code.
Please note the latest code is not live on the site or for download. An update will be released which contains this fix.
