Could someone please tell me how to install the js script that allows to edit hte title of a topic
or post the code?

You can edit the title of topics by going to the forum that has the thread in it and hold down your left mouse button. I think this is what you're asking for.
For example, if you wanted to edit the title of this thread you would go to the General Support forum and hold your mouse over the title of this thread. Be careful not to move your pointer though, this sometimes messes it up.

This comes default with MyBB.
If you board is running 1.2.x it should have this function already. All that is required is that you be a moderator of that specific forum.
