I want to change location of Recent Thread. i want to lacate it on top. please help me.

forum admin panel >> Templates & Style >> Templates >> your theme templates >>
Index Page Templates >> index

find {$recentthreadtable} below {$forums} and move it to top of {$forums} and save the template
