the problem is a time to time problem i get a Error 502 for about 5 - 100 seconds
what can made that problem
and how to find a way to fix it
one more thing i contacted the hosting they said my forum could use to much of the server so i would like to know what to check and is that got something to do with my last problem

your web host support people should be having required resources to analyze it & fix it !
