How can i change the default warning settings

Im looking in the warniing templates but i dont know where these default settings are.

I would like to change the default 2 points to 1, the default "hour" to "weeks", and to have the PM user checkbox auto selected by default

ACP > Configuration > Warning System.
ACP > Configuration > Warning Types.

I just want to customize the "custom warning" not add new ones.
