Hello, I am Zack or Zaqre and I am looking for active people who are willing to volunteer as staff on my forum/website.

I am not sure if this is the right place for this thread, and if it is not I apologize.

If you are interested, please message me on here.

Your site has no activity, why do you need staff?

When you open a store, why do you need a Manager, Janitors, people to run the Checkout?

But yes, staff is not highly needed, but when there is staff, there is activity and a way to test everything. When there is activity, there should be more activity in general.
I ran my community on my own for the first 5 months. When my site suddenly sky rocketed with activity, that's when I desperately hired staff members. I hired anyone who volunteered and would do it for free. I gave staff privileges to the first two members who offered and it was an absolute disaster.

Contact some of your friends and see if they'd like to team up with you, you know them and there is a level of trust there.

It's going to be very difficult to find someone willing to volunteer for this. The best you'll get is a couple of power hungry 13-17 year olds who'll be handing out bans left and right for personal reasons (that's what happened to me).

^ Also, I agree with Brad.

Alright, so far the general ruling is that I don't need staff, thanks for the advice Brad and Sharree.

Hopefully I have the same result as you guys, thanks!

That's easy; because when you own a store, there's overhead of keeping it clean. Sites on the internet don't have this inherent flaw, therefore you can do all the work yourself.
