Domain mess and i cannot stay in the admin page

hello how do i go in and change the domain stuff so i can get the site back up?
I can login in but it boots me out when i press any thing

try login with a different browser. see also faq: login. can we have your forum url ..

And check in your inc/settings.php that $settings['bburl'] and $settings['cookiedomain'] are setted to match the url/domain you use

and where s the settings to delete a user's posts, i remember it put in some insane place !
