Before Upgrading To MyBB 1.8.8 I Wanted To Ask A Question
Will My Plugins That Are Compatible With 1.8.y Be Compatible With 1.8.8 ?

That cannot be guaranteed but they should work.

Presuming you're updating from 1.8.x you should be good to go, however as Tornado Mitr says, we cannot guarantee plugin compatibility. You can check the plugin pages for compatibility notes.
