Do you have access to your files through your FTP or your host administrator panel? Go to where your site is located, open the folder where you loaded mybb...
On the list find inc
Click on it and locate config.php.
then edit

/inc/config.php? is defining from your root path of your mybb install. So if your mybb is installed at
then /inc/config.php would be located at
/ var/www/htmlthen /inc/config.php would be located at
/ var/www/html/inc/config.php
