Title says it all, I believe that quick replying should include formatting options such as bold, italics, underline, smilies, etc.
This is a plugin right now, but including it in the core would be great.

Ye, that must be added (optinal though).

Ideally 2.0 should have one reply method. Difference between quick reply and full reply is confusing already.

I agree that the reply, whether a quick reply or full reply, should be fluid across the platform. when people know formatting options can be added to the quick reply, they almost always want that added.
