Hi. 
I would like my mod to be able to edit the user group of another member. I have a private forum where all users need to apply for access in a forum so I have made a user group that only can see that particular forum (default user group on register) 

But i want my mod to be able to change the user group of them so they can get access. How can I do so?

And if I can I dont want him to be able to make himself mod or anyone else with that feature. Only switch between these user groups and banned maybe but not make other people mods, admins, super mod.

ANyone who can help?

I think this is what you're looking for; Activate Users from Mod CP. May need to be edited to work with members registered and being moved to another group.
