I am searching for a custom plugin that can do this

When members register on the site they will go on to a group called "limited access members" meaning they can ONLY post in registations until they are moved into "new members" then they can post on other sections



Am willing to pay/purchase this plugin for anyone who is up for creating it!

From what you're describing you don't need a plugin, just use usergroups. All new registers are put into a usergroup until they hit X posts or are manually moved
