Where do I or How do I upload the upload folder?

I'm using IcyBoard Free

see IcyBoards guidance for ftp uploading

for IcyBoards, ftp access is directly to the images folder.
so theme images folder can be transferred directly.
i.e. folder with theme name (with its contents) can be uploaded to ftp main folder
