Hey there.

I want my users to be required to make a thread in a choosed forum by me before be able to reply on other threads in that forum.

So user register.

Go to a forum I've choosed to have this feautre on
And have to make a thread before be able to reply on other threads

Is that possible? How?

Usergroup permissions + promotion will accomplish this. Don't give the initial usergroup permission to do anything other than post in the forum. Once they have 1 post they are automatically upgraded to the next usergroup.
