There is a place in the UCP -> Edit Profile that allows adding additional contact information. How do I edit it and/or remove some of the fields on there?

I have already customised them but I don't feel like I did it the appropriate way. I am trying to currently remove the "Google Talk ID:" and the "ICQ Number" (<- no idea what this is either).
