well we had the old crystal black theme from Belloman, i decided to mod this.

It's very nice. I like this, but the header with Copyrights is invisible: on index page i can see only "mybb", on "search" page you have there diagonal lines... so maybe give to .copyright any background

This same problem is with Moths navigation in calendar (bottom)

You have original category headers and stars

you know what, there are other text that is black, and i looked for 000 in all the admin settings but couldn't find any so i have no idea how to change this black to a different color o.0

I changed mine in the footer template. I don't think the copyright has any CSS applied to it,

In "additional css" area (bottom of the page) find "#copyright"

all my additional css has is:

.logo {
background: #242324;
border: 1px solid #404040;
text-align: center;
}

add there:

#copyright {
font: 9px Verdana, Arial, Sans-Serif;
color: xxx;
margin: 0;
padding: 10px 0 0 0;
}

you can find this in "Navigation Breadcrumb" and "Active Breadcrumb". But you have diagonal lines and small fonts, so if you have problem with new color for this, try change background for navigation to e.g. solid black
