A user has an issue adding a signature and shows them a blank page/forbidden access. Reply #5 and down explains a issue. I have check the user group permissions and everything seems fine. Any takers?

That user would be me.

I can access the UCP fine, but when I submit a change of signature, it throws a 403.

OP; while you have a thread open here, open a ticket with your host incase it's their fault.
