Cn we have permission like user can only view his thread but can view other user's threads in search like for all posts of some user, the user can use the link but can't see the content of the thread..

Itried but can't able to have those permission setup..

Forum Permissions are applied when searches are performed. Doing a set-up that would allow for this would require a custom plugin.

Ah what I feared..
