I want disable all pligin without going to admin cp by config.php or same files.
because I have not right access to admincp by installing same crept plugin.

can you post the exact error when you login to forum admin panel ..

You can do that by editing init.php file(look in inc folder)

find define("TIME_NOW", time()); it would be line 34-9

after that code, add this one in new line

define("NO_PLUGINS", 1);
