Your site is up, but without a template.
The image your missing is the images/baze/nav_bit.png
Check if nav_bit.png is in your image/baze folder, if not upload it there.
You are missing some icons, check if you have uploaded all theme images properly.
I too didn't found that in my downloaded folder .
Can someone provide me the nav_bit.png ?

The nav_bit.png is the same as you have in your regular forum/images folder ( the mybb forum ).
Copy that to image/baze folder on your server and it works
