have you manually edited the php files ? they should be saved without BoM

Yes I have I edited : header_welcomeblock_member and header_welcomeblock_guest thats like the only things i have edited

But not the php files

open global.lang.php file in an advanced editor (eg. notepad++) and save it in utf-8 without BoM (more details)
