How to remove this and in which section does it come?(Like header, footer and all). Please tell me in a good way through which I can remove that orange. "RIPPED BY NATH" I want to remove this, please help

thats not a ripped theme, My friend wrote it and nw he is out of country. I just want to know how to remove it?

Nath is known to rip themes, it's unlikely this is not a ripped theme.
