When I´m using the vienna theme in my community, there is no signature below the posts.
E.g. 1point8 makes them show. What do I have to fix in vienna theme?

Working fine for me. Have you edited any postbit templates?

Templates > Vienna > Post Bit Templates > Postbit + Postbit_classic

Make sure you have {$post['signature']} below {$post['attachments']}

I have it in both files 

Make a new reply or thread and scroll down below the editor, Is the signature option ticked?

Signature: include your signature. (registered users only) option.

Also is it ticked here? usercp.php?action=editsig

Both yes.
Btw. the moderation checkboxes next to posts also doesn´t show up.

Maybe my Plugins are of interest

Try disable them all and see if they work, activate them one at a time and see if any cause the problem.

Do they show on the default theme?

I made a new install on another webspace. It showed signature and checkboxes also with the vienna theme.
I uninstalled the theme in my existing forum and reinstalled it, but still the same issue.
Checked all settings. Must be something else...but what?!

No idea, send me a temp user login so i can take a look.
