My site was installed yesterday but when i login in i still show as guest.My site was installed on my hosts holding page until my URL propogated.Anyway my URL is now propagated.I can get to admin cp etc through the holding page URL but not through my actual sites URL where it wont let me even login.
Can anyone help me pls,im new to mybb

what is your actual forum url ? have you seen faq: login guidance ..

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.
Ok i managed to work it out,working fine now thanks for the help

which type of web server you are using & what is your forum url ?
see also required access permissions for folders & files
